Al Dickman has many years experience in training, coaching and personal development. He enjoyed a successful career in advertising and marketing, and has helped create some of the most respected brands in the UK winning many awards for his work.
He has worked in the UK, UAE and New Zealand with global brands to improve their sales communications, develop new products and manage organisational change.
He has appeared on national TV a number of times, including the BBC as a communication expert and has made many appearances on national radio.
Al is a Master Practitioner in clinical hypnotherapy and NLP and a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy.
He is passionate about coaching people, especially in the area of communication skills related to selling, and has recently developed a sales training framework, that focuses on building trust.
He calls this framework; ‘Selling to humans’. The process uses simple yet effective psychological principles, that can be used successfully by anyone.
To ensure the training is effective for all learning styles, workshops are highly interactive and experiential in nature. Video, role play and creative exercises are used throughout.
