Richard is a trained and accredited user of various psychometrics and enabling him to administer, score, interpret, and provide feedback on these results. He has considerable experience in representing SHL/PreVisor in the delivery of assessment and development centres, report writing, feedback and coaching to clients in a variety of industries in both the private and public sectors.
Richard has worked in both Australia and New Zealand in the Aviation, Telecommunications, Professional Services, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marine, Local Government, Information Technology, Energy, Infrastructure and Financial Services sectors.
